The district school is located in the Elmsford of New York in Westchester County. At present in 2017 the Elmsford District school got its new superintendent whose name is Dr. Marc P. Baiocco after replacing the previous superintendent named Dr. Joseph L. Ricca.

Elmsford School District
After every 3 years the board elections held in May, the powers which are possessed by the Board of Education are following which include observing and enforcing Federal and state education laws along with the local School Board policies, appointing personnel over the recommendation of the Superintendent, appraising services and programs, adopting the annual budget of the school. Every first Wednesday of the month regular meetings are held by the Board of Education there is a total of five members in the team currently which are as follows :

Apart from the team of board members, there are a total of three schools that comes under the Elmsford District School of New York which are the Carl L. Dixson Primary School which is serving the students of kindergarten to 1st grade and was opened in the year 1893. The second school on this list is Alice E. Grady elementary school which is serving for the 2nd to 6th grades and was built in the year 2000. The last school is named Alexander Hamilton Junior / Senior high school which is serving for grades 7 to 12.
