According to the data collected in 2016-17, the total number of enrollment for the students in grades K-12 was approximately 740. In a single campus, there are around two buildings which are located in the same one is for the elementary school from grades K to 6 and the other building is Junior / Senior High school which is for the students of grades 7 to 12. The candor central district school is also a part of the interscholastic athletic conference of NYSPHSAA (New York State Public High School Athletic Association).

Later in the year 2016, the school also gets enclosed with a merger agreement along with the Spencer-Van Etten School District with the combining purpose of team size for the historical low enrollment.
